    • Shipping Time: Once your order has been dispatched, the estimated delivery time is within 4–7 working days.
    • Note: Working days do not include weekends or public holidays.

  3. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
  4. As soon as your package is on its way, we will send you a shipment confirmation via [[email protected]]. This will include a tracking number so you can follow your beauty delivery every step of the way.

  5. Shipping Rates
  6. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location.

  7. Delivery Address
  8. Please ensure your shipping address and contact number are 100% accurate at checkout. Xemirates is not responsible for deliveries that fail due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.

  9. Delays
  10. While we aim to meet our 4–7 working day window, please understand that occasional delays may occur due to high seasonal volumes, courier issues, or extreme weather. We will always do our best to keep you updated.

  11. Damaged Items
  12. While we do not accept returns, if your item is damaged during the 4–7 day transit period, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence as per our Refund & Return Policy.

    Since you don't accept returns, if a customer asks why it takes 4-7 days, you can mention that you take extra time to securely double-bubble wrap their cosmetics to ensure they arrive in perfect condition!
