Thank you for shopping at Xemirates. Please read our policy carefully before placing your order.
Due to the nature of our products and for strict hygiene and safety reasons, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for any cosmetic products once they have been purchased or shipped.
We cannot accept returns for:
• Change of mind or "buyer’s remorse."
• Incorrect shade or color selection by the customer.
• Allergic reactions (we recommend checking all ingredients and performing a patch test before use).
• Opened, used, or tested products.
We take great pride in our quality control and packaging. However, if your order arrives damaged during transit or you receive the wrong item:
• Please inspect your order upon reception.

• You must provide your Order Number and a clear photo/video of the damaged or incorrect item and the shipping packaging.
• If verified, we will send a replacement of the original item at no additional cost to you.
Orders cannot be cancelled or modified once they have been processed or shipped. Please double-check your cart and shipping address before completing your purchase.
How to protect your shop:
• Checkbox at Checkout: Add a mandatory checkbox during the checkout process that says: "I understand that all sales are final and Xemirates does not accept returns."
• Product Descriptions: If a specific product is prone to leaking (like a liquid foundation), mention in the description that you package it securely to prevent issues.
• Accuracy: Ensure your product photos are high quality so customers aren't surprised by the color when it arrives!
